Natalia Fernández 🧚🏻‍♀️

Hey there!

I am a Product Designer with over 3 years of experience in UX, with a passion for creating connections with humans and designing spaces where technology feels warm and accessible to everyone.

Coming from a Communications background, my love for this field fueled my curiosity about how it would work in a world driven by technology and innovation.

Understanding that the digital era also marks a new era of communication, I decided to learn to code and grasp the fundamentals of software development. This allowed me to step into the tech world and merge my background and expertise in communication with digital innovation. By bridging these two fields, I transitioned into Product Design with a strong foundation in how digital products work and how we can design them to communicate effectively with humans.

For the past four years, I’ve worked at Coosto, growing as a designer and team player. I put focus, heart, and dedication into every project I am involved.

I strongly believe in the importance of a healthy, honest, and transparent work environment, and I feel incredibly grateful for the amazing colleagues I’ve had along the way.

Beyond work, I'm passionate about traveling and exploring new cultures and gastronomies.

Born in Carmona, a town from Sevilla, I now call Madrid a home - a city that gives me the independence and fredom I love. I recently bought an appartment here, and I'm having the best time with renovation and decorating (a never-ending but exciting project!) -Pinterest ily-

I'm also a big fan of running, psychology podcasts, and ClassPass, which lets me try out cool sports studios around the city. A workout + wine with friends is lately the perfect plan for me.

I consider myself a honest, transparent and communicative person, and truly believe in the power of communication to navigate any situation.

Out of the box thinker and adaptable to changes and new perspectives. Hence my fav quote: "Change is the only constant".

Volunteering 🤲🏻

Since 2019, I have been voluntarely working as a commissioner at TedxGranada. My role is to help TED speakers to find, refine and shape the idea that's worth spreading to the World, and train them in public speaking and communication techniques.

Throughout this journey, I have had the priviledge of working with incredible women to bring powerful talks to life, like Desirée Bela (anti-racist education), Silvia Pérez (sex education), Patricia Fernández (minors in situations of gender-based violence) and Victoria Padial (women in elite sports).
